Our steel balls are manufactured from high‑performance materials (AMS standards) and undergo NADCAP‑certified heat treatment. Our manufacturing process ensures flawless quality, and all characteristics are verified in our highly qualified laboratory:

  • Geometric inspection

  • Surface‑finish analysis

  • NDT Eddy‑current testing and material sorting (NADCAP)

  • Niteau etching (NADCAP scheduled for 2026)

Our silicon nitride balls (Si₃N₄) are produced from Class 1 blanks and comply with ASTM F‑2094.
